Hailey Bartholomew was feeling down back in 2008. After some life advice from a nun, she learned that the secret to happiness was, in part, gratitude. She started taking a photo every day of something she was grateful for. This really helped to reprogram her brain and it could do the same for you. Visit 365 Grateful to learn more and read inspiring stories.

From 365 Grateful’s about section:

Hailey and Andrew Bartholomew live with their two daughters about two minutes walk from the beach in Australia. Along with the 365 Grateful project, they run www.iliketobeme.com which contains resources aimed at helping kids with their identity and self-esteem, and also a very busy film-making and photography business www.youcantbeserious.com.au.
